Iolite Pear Briolettes measure approximately 5x4mm up to 9x5mm in size, exhibit a vitreous luster, good symmetrical pear shapes, excellent faceting and polish, and the body color is a pleochroic blend of grey, blue and colorless hues in a very deeply saturated violetish blue hue with eye visible internal characteristics on this beautifully colored strand of Iolite.
