This listing is for a one of a kind strand of Armenian Turquoise Plain Nugget Beads. This strand has a waxy luster, an asymmetrical larger than average shape, and a consistent vibrant hue resembling rich saturations of Robin's Egg Blue. This strand features opaque beads with a nice make, are well matched with some matrix and Pyrite inclusions, and has some natural surface irregularities. AAA Quality

Armenian turquoise was discovered in 1974 at the Tekhut porphyry coppermolybdenum deposit, located  on the western slope of the Panskar Range.
